JB Gill

JB Gill rose to fame as a member of one of the UK’s biggest boybands – JLS – selling 10 million records worldwide and winning a multitude of awards.

Four years ago, JB set up a farm in the Kent countryside, where he lives with his wife, Chloe, and children Ace and Chiara.

Producing turkeys and free-range Tamworth pork, JB has used his success within the entertainment industry to educate young people about where their food comes from.

He is the lead presenter on CBeebies’ television series ‘Down On The Farm’ – created for children to teach them about life on the farm – and also contributes to the BBC’s ‘Countryfile’ and ‘Springwatch’ programmes.

Look where I got to film today!

This is what you don’t get to see when a great project comes together on film! Was so lovely to meet the team from @ktpcampaign to talk about faith, parenting and how we can inspire the next generation! #family #thegills#faith #kitchentableproject #parenting ❤️

This Beautiful girl came to us from the @official_rspca around 7 years ago. I didn’t know anything about her or her story, except that she needed some love and we had decided to give it to her. We didn’t even know her age but she very instantly became the life of our farm. She was the first animal I ever had, the first pet and the first diva!! We welcomed three beautiful Tamworth litters from her and have had so many incredible, joyful memories with her. She was a star throughout until the day she passed - even when she scared us all by breaking out of her pen and getting lost in the woods
