After British and European History, he became the youngest Member of Parliament at the age of 24 when he was elected in 2017. He is also currently the youngest MP in Wales.
He is also the spokesperson at Westminster for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
Along with writing his own speeches, Ben talks to members of the general public who have problems which need solving and he regularly visits schools and youth groups as he promotes career opportunities in Agriculture.
He was awarded the 'Politician to Watch' prize as part of the ITV Welsh Politician of the Year Awards 2017 and last year was nominated for the MP of the Year Award.
