Dependant on the role. Most of our employees do have degrees, but many have GCSEs only. Experience is the main factor, but some roles do require a degree or particular qualification, such as precision technician and lab technician.

We have an apprenticeship programme for those who do have not been to university (minimum academic requirements apply), and we will sponsor graduates who do not have a RICS-accredited degree to study on a relevant part-time Masters degree.
