Hannah Jackson @redshepherdess

Hannah Jackson is, in her own words, a red-headed Scouser who had never stepped foot on a farm until she was 20.

But today, the 26-year-old has been named as the 'new face of farming' after leaving her life as a townie to pursue her dream of working as a shepherdess in Cumbria.

Now known as The Red Shepherdess she recently appeared as one of the first women to be put through the Channel 4 reality show 'SAS: Who Dares Wins'.

Hannah is one of the first farmers to help inspire managers from some of the country’s top companies and industries using her sheepdogs.

Through her herding techniques (where she brings the sheep into one group to move them) she demonstrates leadership and how different leadership styles affect the people they work with.

Herdwicks come into their own at this time of year. . Different coloured rud marks contrasting their fleeces and the moody winter sky. . I could stare at them all day
